Most orders ship within two business days if placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time (M-F). Items that require additional lead time will have this information on their product detail pages. Orders received after 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Fridays, or during weekends and holidays, will be shipped within the next two business days.
Standard Products
Free domestic ground shipping on orders of $100 or more. AirSpade Vacs excluded.
Apparel Products
Free shipping within the United States on all apparel. Apparel ship separately from other AirSpade tools/accessories and may have different delivery times.
Mixed Orders (Standard + Apparel)
Delivery options may be limited at checkout for orders that include both apparel and standard tools/accessories. For faster shipping on tools/accessories, place separate orders.
All items with the exception of vacuums are returnable within 30 days from shipment. All items returned must be in factory mint condition upon inspection and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Before returning any product, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained. Only merchandise credits for returns will be issued. Specials or custom configurations are not returnable. Please note that returns are only accepted within the United States unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
